Girls Competitive Premier Program
Information
about
The Competitive Premier Program is entering its second season and continues to provide a strong competitive environment for our players. The program is designed to offer consistent training, meaningful competition, and a balanced schedule that supports long-term development.Teams play an average of 30+ games per year, including regional tournaments, organized friendlies led by the program director, and College Showcase events. Our focus is to ensure players are competing against strong levels of competition without overloading their schedules.
A key priority of the program is game experience, with players typically participating in 70–80% of each match. This allows for more meaningful minutes on the field, helping players build confidence, improve decision-making, and continue their overall development.
Season
The Competitive Premier Program season is structured to provide consistent development opportunities throughout the year while aligning with player age groups.
-
U13–U14: Compete from August through the end of November, then resume in mid-January through mid-May
-
U15–U19: Compete from August through the end of October, then resume in February through mid-May
-
This schedule allows for a balanced approach, giving players meaningful competition, recovery time, and continued development across both Fall and Spring seasons. We will have games against college teams around the area as well.
Teams
We aim to maintain roster sizes of 16–18 players to create a competitive and realistic training environment while also ensuring the right balance on game days. This structure allows for strong competition within training sessions and ensures that all players receive meaningful game time, supporting their development and overall experience.
Training
Teams train three times per week, providing a consistent and structured development environment. Players who demonstrate strong growth and a desire for more are identified by coaches and directors and recommended for additional training opportunities throughout the week to further accelerate their development.
Games
Each team will play 14-16 games per season. We provide a full schedule of tournaments and organized games that is shared with families in the summer for the entire season. Any updates or changes are clearly communicated in a timely manner, allowing families to plan ahead with confidence
Cost
The cost for the 2026/2027 season is $2,350. This can be paid in full or through a flexible payment plan over an extended period of time.
We also partner with the First Kicks Foundation, which offers scholarship opportunities for players in need. If you are interested in learning more about financial assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
