Players rise at 7:00 am with lights out at 10:30 pm.
Every minute in between focuses on soccer.
Morning:
- Fitness activities to improve flexibility, agility, quickness, reflexes, strength, power footwork and touch (includes fitness testing).
- Technical training: emphasis on first touch, the preparation of the ball, dribbling, shooting and passing with speed and accuracy.
- Specialized goalkeeping training under the direction of Dave Dir, Ron Apollon, and Aly Joslin.
Afternoon:
- One-on-one play with emphasis on technique and decisionmaking under pressure.
- Group play: development of group tactics in both attacking and defending
Evening:
- Match play: full 11-a-side games are played every evening, allowing the player and team to transfer learned skills into the game.
