Finishing Program:
- How to beat an opponent 1v1
- Finishing Balls going towards goal, then coming to players
- Attacking headers, front and back post
- The Art of Free Kicks
- The Positive mentality to finishing
Goalkeeper Program:
- Exposure to agility and footwork exercise
- Strong regiment of technical skills related to catching, diving and distribution
- Course on being a decision maker, communicator and the organizer of the back defenders
Fitness Program:
- Individual Speed and Agility Activities
